Fortunately at Bob's we come across special Vintage and Classic bikes that we get to offer to new care takes or owners. For the purposes of this web page we are calling 1970 - 1995 bikes Classic and pre-1969 bikes Vintage. These bikes are offered in a varied state from full restorations to completely original and everything in between. Due to the nature and age of these bikes they are not offered with a warranty. We at Bob's go though the bikes reviewing them for mechanical and cosmetic condition. Often customers want full detailed histories of bikes and is not always possible but we fully disclose everything we know. What you see on this web page is what we have in inventory. There is a field to click on for special requests and we do keep an eye out for bikes all the time. If you are contacting us from out of State we can prepare a bike for shipping but you must arrange the shipping which can range from $150 for a local delivery to $600-900 for a cross country delivery. On occasion you may see the price listed as INQUIRE, this generally indicates we are still either reviewing or working on the bike and the final price has not been set. When inquiring about a bike please let us know your needs and we can discuss them in greater detail when we call you back. Please email us HERE or call us at 1.888.BMW.BOBS.
1982 BMW R65LS Orange Black • 19,760 miles
Stock Number: 370250 $3,395
Features, Accessories & Options: Ride off center stand, side cases, tool kit, San Jose fork brace, low miles
Condition: A true running and everyday bike in great cosmetic condition and we just installed a fresh front tire and front brake pads. The only thing making this a project is that it could probably use a full service at some point although it runs fine, the carbs could use a freshening, the fuel lines will need updating at some point, and a few other kinda-should-dos for the future but it’s ready to enjoy now. We hold a pretty high standard for our pre-owned bike which makes this one a great bargain.
1975 BMW R90/6 Black • 23,482 miles
stock number 961174 $4,995
A solid bike Bob picked up personally not too long ago. With low original miles it features really good original paint, functioning steering damper, grand touring grips, BMW/Krauser side cases, BMW 1 piece bag mounts with rear rack, complete tool kit with rag, owners manual and fresh tool tray and gasket, single disc up front (’74-’76), optional, and recent, BMW clock and volt meter (worth $500-600 these days), BMW exhaust, and original folding key. The spokes are clean but show a little age and it appears someone maybe clear coated some engine covers and they are yellowing a bit but these are minor items. Needs? It could us some fresh peg and shift rubbers (we sell them), the tires have plenty of tred but getting a little old, the suspension is original and you may want to freshen it up at some point ($75 for BMW HD front springs and $299/pair for repro rear shocks at Bob’s). It’s a real survivor kind of bike, unmolested, original, and solid. It should move quickly at this price.
1964 BMW R60/2 Black • 39,987 miles stock number 625590 $11,995
A very unusual and nice R60 from 1964. This bike features the standard tank with US bars with bar end turn signals and recovered large dual seat to start along with left and right bar mounted mirrors, Wixom Ranger fairing with brand new screen, “Police” engine bars, period correct chrome air cleaner and intake tubes, chrome steel rims with custom painted and striped hub caps, a very cool Iron Cross aux. tail light along with an assortment of period decals and badges topped off with a stunning set of Craven cases, all three. This is a rare one-owner bike with lots of service records and history. It’s in great running order and quite a show piece. The R60/2 was a real work horse for BMW in the 60’s fortifying BMW’s financial position and doing civilian, authority, and side car duty around the world. This special bike is available for a limited time.

An extremely nice and original 2-3 owner bike available shortly. Very original with some period correct and desirable options. We expect it to be in the $11,000 range upon thorough review of the bike. Details to follow.
Dear Ashton,
I thought I'd take a minute and thank you and everyone involved for handling the transaction so efficiently and professionally. Over the course of my life I've dealt with many people in the motorcycle sales/service industry, and Bob's BMW is definitely above them all.
I hated to sell that bike, but I know you'll find it a good home. Best for a successful riding season.
Yours truly,
Steve Rouzer

1960 Honda CB92 125 Super Sports Red stock number CB92011058 Restored $19,995
More details coming shortly. From the imagination of Soichiro Honda and his visit to the Isle of Mann in 1954 the CB92 was a manifestation of his belief that he could produce a bike that ouput 100hp per liter. He did this with an amazing little 15hp 124cc overhead cam twin capable of 80+mph and an amazing 10,500rpm redline. Introduced in 1959 and produced until 1962 this bike is one of 288 brought into the US in 1960. Megaphones and downpipes, tach, and racing seat also available all in as new condition. Bill Orazio restoration finished in 2000. ’59 and ’60 model featured the aluminum tank, smaller tail light and alloy front fender (uninstalled mud flap available). Previously displayed at a dealer for many years. Original “Benly” Driver’s Manual and Shop Manual included. A rare opportunity. This is being sold out of the small collection of a regular customer and is on limited offer. It was purchased because it was a twin the bike he rode in college with his future wife riding pillion.
1962 BMW R69S Rennsport/Cafe stock number 811333 INQUIRE
A Perry Bushong Rennsport replika based on a 1962 R69S evocative of the 1954 race bike built very limited numbers for racing. In their day they were 500cc motors with an Earles fork front end. The earlier bikes were very successful and were supercharged. Less competitive when the superchargers were banned the boxers, with their low end torque, turned out to be ideal for sidecar racing. BMW won almost all of the first ten places in the world championships in the sidecar class from 1959 to 1972. This bike is 1 of 1 built in a series of 11 replikas built, no two were identical. This replika is full of goodies, was owned by two very good Bob's customer's and recently acquired by Bob. Bob has not yet decided if it is for sale but inquiries and offers will be considered. The bike can be seen by appointment.
1969 BMW R69S with Ural Sidecar Black Auction for PBTF *Only 11,317 R69S's were produced between 1960-1969.
On Saturday November 14th starting at 7pm this bike will be auctioned with the proceeds going to the Ride for Kids and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. We estimate the market value of this bike and sidecar together to be $22,500 in today's market. The reserve is well below the the market value of the bike alone (without sidecar) which we estimate to be in the $17,000 - $18,000 range. Bidding will start at $10,000. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity made possible through Bob's efforts and a very generous Bob's customer who purchased the rig here a few years ago and donated it for the benefit of RFK & PBTF. Is this all we have to offer? OF COURSE
NOT! Bob's has always been known for keeping one of the largest inventories
of new and used BMW's on hand 12 months a year. Because we sell
so many bikes (1 customer at a time) we simply choose not to
show you a photo (or line listing) of every bike available and
clog up the site. But rest assured we have the new or used bike
(and plenty of non BMW's) you desire available, and if we don't
have it right now it's probably on a truck or in a ship heading
here so it will be ready for you very soon.
Please Note: The mileage listed on each motorcycle is the mileage at time of intake. Bob's offers a demo ride program on almost all used bikes in inventory so mileage will vary at time of sale. Sometime the mileage can be 100's of miles different and while we endeavor to list accurate mileage it is a guide for the approximate mileage on the bike. Actual mileage will be listed at the time of sale.
BOB
WANTS YOU to show us your clean, mechanically perfect
and desirable used bikes. We even want
your dirty, possibly not run in eleven
years and far less than perfect bike too. Regardless
of the year, model, condition or brand. Period.
Just TWO requirements: 1)
that you have a clear title in your possession, and 2.)
you have at least one key to give us. It's that simple.
Our customers are eager for used bikes at every price level.
Sure, we want clean, late model bikes, but even if you think
your old ride isn’t worth anything, you've got nothing
to loose by bringing it in so we can at least have a look
and tell you what it’s worth to us. If you can't deliver
the bike, we can, within reason, arrange to have it picked
up.
