to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our well respected New and Used Motorcycle Sales Department (annual revenue $5.1 million). Salary is based on experience with bonuses based on goal achievement. Earnings potential $100K.
Applicants must have—
- At least five years sales management experience (vehicle or powersports sales a plus).
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personnel management experience and skills.
- Expertise in prospecting, customer care and needs assessment, and negotiation.
- Excellent problem resolution and procedure development skills.
- Enthusiasm for cool things on wheels; motorcycling experience is a plus.

PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
POSITION FILLED - PORTER / SERVICE ASSISTANT
One part-time, seasonal position is available. Workweek is Tuesday-Friday from 8-1 and every other Saturday from 8-4. Pay rate is $8-10 per hour based on experience. Duties include moving motorcycles out in the morning, cleaning and detailing motorcycles, fueling motorcycles on premises, uncrating motorcycles, and cleaning service department area. Applicants must have the physical ability to confidently maneuver motorcycles of all sizes, have their own reliable transportation, and have a positive attitude toward customer service. A valid motorcycle driver’s license is a plus but not a requirement.

POSITION FILLED - APPAREL MANAGER to manage all aspects of the apparel department* including helping customers identify and obtain the apparel and accessories that would enhance their motorcycling experience, purchasing and merchandising inventory while monitoring margins, and developing and maintaining procedures for inventory control and security.
*Apparel includes technical gear for motorcycling including jackets, pants, suits, boots, gloves, helmets, heated clothing, and rain gear. Also hats, t-shirts, socks, etc.
Requirements:
- Dedication to providing superior customer service
- Excellent sales skills and friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, organization, and computer capabilities
- Inventory control system experience
- Motorcycling experience preferred (any brand)

POSITION FILLED - SERVICE TECHNICIAN to join our elite service team to diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW motorcycles.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line
- Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Manual dexterity
- Previous dealership experience or technical certification preferred. Knowledge of the BMW product line is a plus.
