APPAREL MANAGER to manage all aspects of the apparel department* including helping customers identify and obtain the apparel and accessories that would enhance their motorcycling experience, purchasing and merchandising inventory while monitoring margins, and developing and maintaining procedures for inventory control and security.
*Apparel includes technical gear for motorcycling including jackets, pants, suits, boots, gloves, helmets, heated clothing, and rain gear. Also hats, t-shirts, socks, etc.

PORTER/SERVICE ASSISTANT: Two part-time, seasonal positions are available from mid-February through October. Workweek is Tuesday-Saturday up to 30 hours per week—Shift 1 from 8-1 and Shift 2 from 1-6. Pay rate is $8-10 per hour based on experience.
Duties include moving motorcycles out in the morning (Shift 1) and back in in the evening (Shift 2), cleaning and detailing motorcycles, fueling motorcycles on premises, uncrating motorcycles, and cleaning service department area. Applicants must have the physical ability to confidently maneuver motorcycles of all sizes, have their own reliable transportation, and have a positive attitude toward customer service. A valid motorcycle driver’s license is a plus but not a requirement.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN to join our elite service team to diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW motorcycles.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line
- Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Manual dexterity
- Previous dealership experience or technical certification preferred. Knowledge of the BMW product line is a plus.

POSITION FILLED - INTERNET SALES SPECIALIST to be responsible for processing ecommerce and email orders for motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel, and managing eBay listings and sales. Base pay is $14-16 per hour depending on experience. Initial earnings potential is $30-40K per year including bonuses.
Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer capabilities, specifically with applications used in retail
- Internet sales or ecommerce experience in sales driven environment
- Knowledge of effective keywords for all new products for Search Engine Optimization for internal and external searches.
- Experience with eBay and other internet based sales platforms, and basic knowledge of current eBay policies and practices
- Basic familiarity with motorcycles would be a plus; technical knowledge even better
