Positive Changes for 2017

Each year Bob’s BMW sits down as a team to reflect on the previous year so we can refocus and reenergize for the coming year. We always base our decisions on Bob’s BMW’s mission:

To provide customers with an experience that consistently exceeds their expectations and create an environment where team members have the opportunity to grow and achieve their goals.

We are committed to:

• Investing time and resources in staff training and education
• Researching and testing products in order to pick and choose the best available product options for our customers
• Providing a generous staff-to-customer ratio at all times
• Helping team members improve their quality of life by providing a healthy work-life balance

To continue achieving these goals while being the best possible resource for our customers, as of February 6, Bob’s BMW will be adjusting its hours of operation to a five-day work week and will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

New Showroom & Service Hours

Tuesday-Friday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 4pm

Sunday & Monday: Closed (out riding!)

As always bobsbmw.com will remain open 24/7, 365 days a year and will continue processing orders Monday through Saturday.

Remember, the online store offers the convenient and free option to order online and pick up in store.

We understand change is not always easy and can seem uncomfortable or perhaps inconvenient at first. But we believe that change is good and is the only way to improve and grow. We will very much appreciate your patience over the next few weeks as we all adjust to this very positive change for 2017.
